U.S. ambassador to Azerbaijan, Matthew Bryza said that the statement related to the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict made by the Presidents of Russia, the US and France shows the great importance of the issue.
The American diplomat noted that the efforts towards a settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be effective.
