Hundreds of US Azerbaijanis and Turks will attend the Great Turkic Demonstration in New York this Saturday, APA reported.
The demonstration will symbolically be the end of a Turkic Week which has started this Monday. During this week all the American Turkic communities, including Turkish, Azerbaijani, and other Diasporas celebrated and held demonstrations, conferences, information sessions, meetings and concerts.
During the demonstration Azerbaijani flag will be raised among other Turkic flags, and a number of political slogans will be voiced, including the solution for Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and its reunion with the rest of the country.
The Turkish flag has already been raise at the Wall Street on May 26.
