E-mail Print PDF

“We wish Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the problem of refugees to be solved. We do not demand anything extra from international law. We have common problems and wish them to be solved. We wish peace to be established at these lands and people lived in peace and tranquility,” President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas stated following talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, SalamNews reports referring to presidential official website.

“We kept track of the presidents’ meeting in Kazan and the position of Russia, France and the U.S. on Karabakh issue. It indicates the world’s interest in this problem. It is better to solve problems today than tomorrow, as no one can guarantee that they will be resolved tomorrow,” Abbas noted.
