'It is noteworthy that three big powers – US, Russia and France – deal with resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict'.
The remarks came from Azerbaijani MP from the ruling party Aydin Mirzazade.
The fact that Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev has stepped up his mediation efforts in this issue and constantly makes proposals is one the factors with strong influence on the conflict resolution, the MP said.
'Of course, Armenia plays unconstructive role in resolution of this issue and it is interested in protracting and freezing the problem for long term because other options do not suit the current authorities in Armenia. They can not simply access the power through democratic elections.
In the meantime, Azerbaijan’s stance and constantly changing international situation will make Armenia to adopt serious decisions soon,' Mirzazade added.
