Serzh Sargsyan has neither moral nor intellectual right to comment on statements by the President of Azerbaijan.

The remarks came from Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Elkhan Polukhov while commenting on statements Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan made at a joint press conference with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski in Yerevan.

'A man whoseands in the blood till the elbow and were involved in killing of civilians in Khojaly talks about democracy and humanism today. To please himself and a handful of other people like him, his policy has driven Armenia into a deadlock. Apparently, he cares little that his country is in a stalemate because of his policies,' Polukhov noted.

At a joint press conference with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski in Yerevan Serzh Sargsyan said that "you should not poison your people with all sorts of statements every day.”

“Did you hear what statements were made yesterday against the Armenian people? We have only one requirement: that the conflict was resolved on the basis of the principles and norms of international law contained in a document entitled "Madrid principles."
