Armenia`s aggression hampers solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Armenia`s territorial claims against Turkey and its refusal to recognize the Kars treaty is an impediment to diplomatic relations between the two countries, Deputy Chairman of the Turkey`s International Strategic Research Organization Kamer Kasim underlined in his article titled “What Sarkisyan said... ”.
Commenting on recent statement of Armenian president, Kasim noted it is not a new trend in “Armenian diplomacy”. Armenian leadership`s efforts to routinely raise “genocide” and Nagorno-Karabakh claims are the evidence of their being insincere in normalization of relationship.
Kasım underscored Armenia`s aggression hampers solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and increases this country`s dependency on Russia.
The author pointed out conflicts can flare up any time in the area where generations, who are full of hatred live. He cited Russia-Georgia armed conflict as an example.
