Legislative and media campaign
In the last five months, Armenian- and Greek-American special interest groups have been inciting anti-Turkic sentiment in Congress by introducing five legislative bills targeting Turkey. House Resolutions 304, 306, 180, 2587, and Senate Resolution 196 are insulting Turkish people, damaging U.S.-Turkish relations, and distracting Congressional attention from economy. Furthermore, the Armenian interest groups continue with their relentless pursuit to legitimize the ongoing occupation of western Azerbaijan and to deprive displaced Azeri victims of any US assistance.
