Azerbaijani President Aliyev said that by signing Moscow declaration they had accepted Armenia as a side in negotiations and they did not recognized so called NKR as a party. President Aliyev reminded that the document is including that the conflict should be solved around norms of international laws.

Aliyev said that those international laws are United Nations Security Council’s declaration which calls Armenia to withdraw from Azerbaijani lands. On the other hand, Defense Minister of Armenia stated that Nagorno Karabakh conflict was creating a military threat for Armenia. Stating that conflict could be a reason for war, Defense Minister Ohanyan said that growing military budget of Azerbaijan was disturbing.
