As Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement that reacts to the justified decision of Armenian Constitutional Court on protocols stressing that the detailed ruling is “unacceptable,” leader of Armenian Democracy Party, Aram Sarksyan said, “It is a good thing that Armenian Court fixes the mistakes of Armenian politicians.”

Armenian politicians paid support to the reasoned decision of Armenian Constitutional Court on Turkey-Armenia protocols which was issued by Armenian Court on January 12. Reacting to the criticism of Turkish Foreign Ministry on the statement of the Armenian Court, Armenian Democracy Party leader Aram Sarksyan said that Turkey has nothing to do with the justified decision of Armenian Court. He also said that it is a good thing that Armenian Court fixes the mistakes of Armenian politicians.

Holding a press conference in Yerevan, Aram Sarksyan paid support to the statement that is released by Armenian Constitutional Court and claimed that Turkey has nothing to do with the decision of Armenian court.

Claiming that the detailed ruling of the court has showed that Armenian opposition parties were right, Sarksyan claimed that Armenian diplomats displayed a weak performance. “Leaving the national policies in the hands of such people is dangerous. Can you imagine what would happen if Armenian Constitutional Court did not have any authority on the issue and protocols were directly ratified?” said he.
