Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian claimed that Turkey will lose credit if Turkish Parliament does not ratify protocols. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated that Turkey may lose credit in the World Public Opinion, if Turkish Parliament does not ratify Turkey-Armenia protocols that countries signed in Zurich in the mediation of Switzerland. Nalbandian stated that international community expects Turkey to ratify protocols without preconditions. “If Ankara does not make the necessary steps, it would not be only withdrawing from the agreement that was signed with Yerevan but it would also cause Ankara to lose credit in the World public opinion,” Armenian Minister said. Edward Nalbandian claimed that Yerevan has nothing to lose in the process. On the other hand, Nalbandian reacted to the Armenian opposition parties and said that Ankara would have been ratified Zurich protocols if the protocolswere only towards Turkish interests. Armenian Constitutional Court have decided last week that Turkey-Armenia protocols does not conflict with Armenian consititutional law. |
