Turkey continues negotiating gas price with Azerbaijan.

“We continue negotiating gas price with Azerbaijan and I think we will agree on it soon. Moreover, we continue negotiations on export of Azerbaijani gas to Europe with our Azerbaijani brothers and we have almost no differences in this issue,” Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz has told Zaman newspaper.

“We care about the interests of both Turkey and Azerbaijan and we would never offer unprofitable options to our brothers. There is no other favorable route for the supply of Azerbaijani gas to Europe than via Turkey,” he said.
